Step 1

booktheact.com, the unique online entertainment booking service, is currently beta-testing the latest upgrade of the new-look website. During this test period, the site will be promoted to the widest audience of bookers and event organisers to build awareness and drive site usage.

The object of the beta-testing programme is to evaluate all aspects of the site’s improved functionality, resolve any technical issues, fine-tune our client and customer service operations, and obtain feedback and insights from user experiences to further enhance and develop the service in the lead-up to our main marketing drive beginning early 2010.

Step 2

During this phase, we are offering free promotion to selected established performers. You will fit the bill if you:

• are UK-based
• represented or independent
• are well-rehearsed and ready to respond promptly to booking enquiries generated through the site
• have sufficient good quality digital material (photos, sound and video) to upload to booktheact.com, taking advantage of its multi-media functionality to showcase your performance talent and ability to entertain
• will supply promptly, comprehensively, accurately and truthfully all the other necessary information required to provide excellent service to event organizers and entertainment bookers
• are willing to provide feedback about your use of booktheact.com if it is requested by our customer service team
• accept the terms and conditions under which this offer is made
